Delivery and Logistics Expert

We are seeking an experienced Delivery and Logistics Expert to lead our Customer Fulfilment Centre team. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of efficient inventory processes, prioritising safety and compliance.
This role involves coordinating and overseeing fulfilment and delivery operations to ensure accurate and consistent same day order fulfillment and delivery service for customers.
About the Role- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction
- Leading the CFC team to deliver high-quality results and meet business objectives
- Monitoring and analysing Picking, Stocking/Replenishment, and Despatch KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer and internal queries efficiently
- Identifying skill gaps within the team and developing training programs to address these gaps
- Providing regular reports and analytics to inform business decisions
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and experience working in an automated warehouse environment. They will possess excellent communication skills, a focus on health and safety, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
