Job Overview

The successful candidate will oversee a team of TMS Analysts and lead the implementation and enhancement of transport management systems across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Lead and mentor a team of TMS Analysts, supporting their development and project delivery
  • Manage complex, multi-site TMS implementations end-to-end, from scoping to go-live
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to align system configurations with operational needs
  • Recommend and validate transport system functionality as part of solution design
  • Participate in client integration workshops, supporting message testing and issue resolution
  • Identify and implement system improvements that drive operational efficiency
  • Provide training and change support across operational teams and customer interfaces
  • Support Orion implementation and maintain documentation of TMS-related processes.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in a transport management system super-user or delivery role
  • Proven success delivering system-based solutions within a logistics environment
  • Experience with integration, mobility platforms and transport fundamentals
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A willingness to work flexibly, including outside of standard business hours, to meet project and customer requirements.
