Are you a seasoned HR expert looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team, who will play a pivotal role in partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation to provide expert HR advice.

This is a 12-month max-term contract position for a highly experienced and influential Senior HR Business Partner. Your primary focus will be to support the delivery of the human resources plan by leading initiatives in talent management, employee development, engagement, organisational design, and coaching.

You will collaborate closely with leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture, ensuring the optimal implementation of HR solutions to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business partnering, especially at a senior level within large, complex environments. They will bring experience from logistics or heavy industries, where they've successfully driven HR initiatives to improve business outcomes and foster a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • People Solutions: Partnering with senior management to build and implement HR solutions that align with business goals, driving improvements in talent management, retention, and engagement.
  • Advisory & Support: Collaborating with key internal stakeholders, such as Talent Acquisition, Workplace Relations, and Organisational Development, to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Report on and analyse HR data to provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in performance management processes including setting and reviewing performance objectives and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Talent Development: Drive succession planning and career development initiatives. Guide managers on employee development programs, coaching and mentoring to build strong, high performing workforce.
