About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development Lead to join our team at CPA Australia Ltd. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our three-year strategy to redefine how we support and elevate performance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver effective culture and engagement measurement and employee lifecycle surveys.
  • Partner with the Head of People Experience to define and manage talent and succession planning initiatives.
  • Redefine our annual performance and development cycle to support the growth of our people and organisation.
  • Lead, plan, design and deliver people projects to enable achievement of CPA Australia's strategic objectives.
  • Design and embed our global ways of working and champion wellbeing programs.
What You'll Bring to the Team

You are an experienced OD practitioner with proven success in delivering employee lifecycle initiatives. You enjoy working in a dynamic, team environment with a diverse range of stakeholders. Your experience in the design and delivery of organisational development interventions will see you flourish in this role.
