About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Organisational Development team in developing and delivering enterprise-wide People and Culture programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading the development and implementation of HR/organisational development and change programs and strategies in medium to large sized organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR/organisational development and change programs and strategies
  • Manage large projects in a dynamic and complex environment, including demonstrated capacity and ability to plan, schedule and organise cross functional projects given multiple priorities or perspectives
  • Effectively manage teams and budgets
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels and deal with highly confidential issues
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related field and extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
