About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Organisational Development team in developing and delivering enterprise-wide People and Culture programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading HR/organisational development and change programs, with experience in managing large projects in a dynamic and complex environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR/organisational development and change programs and strategies
  • Manage large projects, including planning, scheduling, and organisation
  • Effectively manage teams and budgets
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels and deal with highly confidential issues
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related field and extensive relevant experience
  • Extensive experience and management expertise
  • Equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
