Are you a seasoned professional seeking a challenging role in construction administration?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing and managing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules.

The role involves assisting with progress claims and external variations, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing subcontracts, as well as managing and tracking project expenditure including subcontractor claims.

You will also be responsible for administering RFIs to clients, architects and consultants, and ensuring the effective management of the project HSE system.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in senior-level construction/building contract/commercial management with expertise in managing head and subcontracts on government building projects
  • Demonstrated skills in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projects
  • A degree qualification in a relevant field, such as construction or engineering
  • Familiarity with Contract Law principles and industry-specific Acts, codes and Regulations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions
