About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Designer to lead our digital content strategy and create scalable design artefacts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content-first design culture, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver seamless content experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital content strategy and create scalable design artefacts
  • Use analytics and customer insights for content optimization and evidence-based recommendations
  • Translate user and business requirements into compelling, inclusive, and accessible experiences
  • Ensure content aligns with Bupa's voice, tone, brand, and design guidelines
  • Coach team members on content creation and provide constructive feedback
  • Implement quality assurance activities and develop a content ownership structure
  • Nurture a content-first design culture and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless content experiences
  • Develop and manage content roadmaps, milestones, and plans
  • Conduct content audits and improve team forecasting
  • Collaborate on SEO strategies to ensure content adheres to best practices
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in UX content design or product content design
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Knowledge of information architecture design and distributed authoring models
  • Strong background in using data and research to enhance content performance and drive results
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and organizational skills in a dynamic environment
