About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a content strategy that drives engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation, publication, and maintenance of high-quality content across multiple channels.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of content designers and writers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional content.
  • Analytics and Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy and improve business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in content strategy, content design, or a related field.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional content delivery.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Content Creation and Management: Experience with content creation, publication, and maintenance, with a focus on quality and consistency.
