Experienced Legal Advisor Wanted for Project Finance Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal advisor to join our project finance team. Our team provides expert advice on high-profile market-leading banking and finance transactions, advising both sponsors and financiers in relation to major infrastructure projects and acquisitions.
About the Role- You will work closely with our team of experts, including Amy Maguire, a seasoned project finance specialist, and Claire Rogers, head of our Project Finance team.
- Our team acts on the market's most complex transactions, including renewable energy financing, infrastructure acquisition financing, transmission and energy transition related financing, data centre funding, social housing funding solutions and PPPs.
- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal work across an enviable range of clients, with a focus on project management, communication and drafting skills.
- You will have excellent client service skills and strong relationship management ability to contribute to the delivery of prompt and commercially astute advice.
- You will be part of a collaborative environment where your contributions are pivotal to the success of the team.
- You will have enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities, participating in industry-related programs and developing strategic relationships and networks.
