Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team on a fixed-term basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support across various aspects of our business, including capital transactions, market processes, development activities, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.

  • Providing high-quality legal advice and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Developing and structuring complex transactions.
  • Educating teams and stakeholders on the legal implications of our business activities.
  • Managing external lawyers and probity advisors.
  • Assisting in the training and mentoring of legal professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in law and admission in New South Wales.
  • Substantial experience in property and/or construction law, with expertise in drafting and negotiating complex property and project documentation.
  • High-level written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Exposure to construction, planning, tax and litigation within the property development context.
