As a Disability Support Worker in our Supported Independent Living team, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to individuals with complex needs. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our clients have meaningful engagement with the community and that their unique requirements are met.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Certificate III in Disability, Community Services or similar
  • Extensive experience in providing direct care to people with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviors
  • Understanding of Person-Centred plans, Behaviour Support plans and Health Care plans
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and its implications for clients
  • High levels of enthusiasm, initiative and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated high level communication skills
  • Possession of a NSW Driver's License
  • Ability to work flexible hours and willingness to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 roster
