Disability Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support network, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and reach their full potential.

This dynamic position offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others while developing your skills and expertise in the field of disability support.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Cert III in Disability or equivalent experience
  • A current Working with Children check
  • First aid/CPR certificates (current)
  • A full and clean Australian driver's license
  • Punctuality, reliability, and flexibility
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy and a genuine interest in working with people with disabilities

In addition to the above qualifications, you must have the right to live and work in Australia.

This is a casual opportunity offering a competitive hourly rate of $29-$39 per hour. You will be required to work varied shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
