Strategic Commercial Finance Leader

Our organization is seeking a highly talented commercial finance professional to join their business as a key partner to the Sales & Marketing team. This leadership role reports through to the Head of Commercial Finance and involves ensuring timely and accurate reporting and commercial insights to drive commercial decision-making.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to provide insightful analysis of consumer and trade expenditures.
- Lead forecasts, reporting, and analytics for the S&OP process.
- Lead a robust Budget and forecasting process including P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
- Provide financial input and evaluation of business proposals including new products, pricing, marketing, and trade support.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and execute accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise within a FMCG environment (5+ years) having business partnered the commercial side of the organisation. They will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be commercially minded, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
