Commercial Finance Leadership Opportunity

Join a leading retail and wholesaler of fashion and comfort footwear as we seek a strategic and commercially driven leader to head our Commercial Team.

  • Job Description:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing commercial finance team to drive the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning process across all business units.
    • Deliver insightful and actionable financial analysis to support growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
    • Partner with senior leadership and department heads to influence commercial decision-making.
    • Build robust models for pricing, profitability, and scenario planning.
    • Oversee board reporting, monthly performance packs, and executive dashboards.

About The Role:

  • CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial finance, ideally manager role.
  • Proven experience within a retail or FMCG environment - beneficial.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; Power BI and/or ERP system experience highly regarded.
