Commercial Finance Partner

As a key member of the finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and shaping commercial growth across various brands, channels, and geographies.

This highly visible role is suited to commercially-minded finance professionals who seek to influence performance at both a strategic and operational level.

  • You will conduct in-depth financial and commercial analysis to inform key business decisions and drive growth initiatives.
  • Develop and implement brand-focused reporting and planning tools to enhance visibility of key metrics across the business.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and performance analysis supporting commercial decision-making and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Support group-wide financial planning processes including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and ongoing performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with international subsidiaries to align operational execution with broader commercial objectives.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and effectively communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.

About You

  • Fully qualified accountant (CA, CPA, CIMA, or ACCA) with approximately 5 years of experience in commercial finance or business partnering roles.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a commercial mindset and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential, with exposure to SQL or data visualisation tools being advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • A proactive solutions-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and drive to add value.
