We're seeking a visionary leader to head our data platform initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge data solutions.

As Data Platform Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire data platform lifecycle, from strategy to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data platforms that support business strategies and goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap of projects and improvements to internal systems
  • Collaborate with IT peers to overcome resource and other IT contention issues affecting delivery
  • Provide expert product and service support to internal teams
  • Coordinate the delivery of consistent and effective technology services in relation to data management

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience implementing and utilizing data platform technologies
  • Knowledge of AWS, Databricks, Data Streaming, and Customer Personalisation Technologies
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in portfolio management and managing projects
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
