Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Leader to spearhead our data and AI innovation efforts.

In this role, you will drive the delivery of high-impact projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies to transform industries and businesses.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to scope, broker, and manage engagements that help companies test and scale practical data and AI solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Pipeline Development: Secure and progress a portfolio of data and AI innovation projects.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, partnerships, budget, and quality targets are met.
  • Technical Translation: Translate complex data and AI concepts into clear business value propositions for executives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as primary liaison for clients, partners, and funders, upholding our reputation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and refine our delivery model to maximise client value and internal efficiency.
