About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ai & Data Lead to drive innovation and strategic growth through our cutting-edge risk management software.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven AI/Data strategies, leveraging their expertise to shape the future of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and Communicate a Multi-Year AI/Data Strategy: Develop and implement a forward-thinking AI/data strategy that aligns with business outcomes.
  • Govern Delivery through Outcome-Based OKRs: Establish and manage key performance indicators to measure success and drive progress.
  • Establish Data Governance Standards: Implement robust data governance processes to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Institutionalise Responsible AI Practices: Embed responsible AI principles into our operations to ensure safety-sensitive contexts are met.
  • Build High-Performing Teams: Foster a culture of excellence by developing and retaining top talent.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with leading vendors and research groups to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data/AI/engineering with significant leadership over managers and senior ICs in SaaS or platform environments.
  • Proven track record of shipping ML to production with measurable outcomes (adoption, accuracy, revenue/retention, cost efficiency).
  • Executive-level command of modern data/AI architectures and MLOps.
  • Responsible-AI and privacy/security leadership in compliance- or safety-sensitive contexts.
