Job Overview:

A highly experienced data innovation leader is sought to drive business transformation through the strategic application of data and artificial intelligence. This senior role will lead engagements with clients, develop winning proposals, and establish trusted relationships across data engineering, analytics, data science, machine learning, optimization, simulation, warehousing, and business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft solution visions that address complex business challenges in regulated sectors such as finance, healthcare, energy, and government.
  • Lead client-facing engagements, including workshops, discovery sessions, proposal development, and architecture deep-dives.
  • Design demonstrators and proofs-of-concept that showcase the art of the possible and accelerate buying confidence.
  • Translate scope into delivery-ready programmes, ensuring a seamless hand-over to our technical teams.
  • Champion best practice and responsible AI, embedding security, privacy, governance, and ethical considerations from day one.
  • Mentor colleagues, elevating capability across the region and contributing to global communities of practice.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Essential: 12+ years in data & AI, with at least 5 in a client-facing consulting or presales capacity.
  • Demonstrable track record shaping high-value data/AI deals end-to-end – from opportunity qualification through to contract signature.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of modern data platforms (cloud-based services), migration patterns, and AI/ML tooling.
  • Proven leadership across full data lifecycle – ingestion, modeling, governance, analytics, machine learning & MLOps.
  • Excellent communication and workshop-facilitation skills; able to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
