Job Overview

Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a leading used vehicle dealership in Cheltenham to find an experienced Vehicle Salesperson. The company's impressive showroom showcases a wide range of immaculately presented prestige vehicles, providing a dynamic work environment with continuous growth and a reputation for excellence.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, with the opportunity to earn weekly commissions that can exceed $130K-$180K annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell a diverse range of luxury used vehicles to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain sales performance at or above target levels, consistently meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle all required documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior leadership and team members to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting KPIs and delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • A valid Police History Check is mandatory.
  • Strong people and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with customers.
  • Astute negotiation abilities to secure deals that benefit both parties.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Organised with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
  • Prior experience as an Automotive Vehicle Salesperson is highly desirable but not essential.
