At Woods & Co Recruitment, we're partnering with a leading used vehicle dealership in Cheltenham to find an exceptional Vehicle Salesperson.

The company's modern showroom showcases an impressive range of immaculately presented prestige vehicles. With continuous growth and a reputation for excellence, they offer a dynamic work environment that's perfect for ambitious sales professionals.

We're looking for someone with experience in selling luxury vehicles to join their expanding team. As a key member, you'll work closely with the progressive Dealer Principal to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling a wide range of luxury used vehicles to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Meeting and exceeding sales KPIs to contribute to the company's success
  • Handling all required documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborating effectively with senior leadership and team members to drive results
Requirements:
  • Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A valid Police History Check
  • Strong people and relationship-building skills to connect with customers and colleagues
  • Astute negotiation abilities to secure deals and build trust
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Organized with meticulous attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
