This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Salesperson to join their dynamic and customer-focused team. As a key member, you will work closely with the Dealer Principal to sell from their extensive inventory of prestige vehicles, capitalizing on the dealership's continuous growth and excellent reputation.

As a Luxury Vehicle Sales Expert, you can expect a competitive remuneration package that includes a base salary of $50,000 - $60,000, complemented by weekly commissions that can significantly increase earnings up to $130K-$180K. In addition to this, you will receive comprehensive training, support from a friendly and collaborative team, and opportunities for career advancement within one of Melbourne's top used luxury car dealerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell a diverse range of luxury used vehicles, catering to discerning customers seeking high-quality vehicles.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), driving business growth and revenue.
  • Manage all necessary documentation with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior leadership and team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate proven sales skills, with a track record of meeting KPIs and achieving sales targets.
  • Possess a Police History Check, ensuring your suitability for this role.
  • Showcase strong people and relationship-building skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Exhibit astute negotiation abilities, skillfully handling complex sales situations and securing favorable outcomes.
  • Display self-motivation and independence, working autonomously to drive results and achieve objectives.
  • Show attention to detail and organizational skills, maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Vehicle Salesperson is highly desirable but not essential.
