The Role:

We seek a passionate Sales Consultant to build relationships with customers and provide expert sleep solutions. This role involves working weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer relationships to deliver exceptional sleep experiences
  • Collaborate with the team on store operations, including merchandising, stock management and delivering excellent customer services

You will bring:

  • Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred)
  • Customer-centric behaviors
  • Strong communication skills nurturing trust and empathy
  • Ability to use a computer
  • Hunger to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Necessary fitness to walk the floor and physical strength to handle heavy stock safely
