
Site Acquisition Specialist

This is a Land Management position within our New Homes Development field. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing all land acquisition and applications as part of the company strategy.
Key aspects of this role include negotiating and agreeing prices and terms directly with vendors and agents, having strong commercial acumen to assess project feasibility by liaising with internal teams on benchmarking, costing, and terms, and regularly reviewing and updating site valuations and budgets to reflect current proposals and values.
What We Are Looking For- A proven track record in Land Management, specifically in the New Homes Development field.
- Excellent knowledge of land purchase processes and relevant legislations.
- Understanding of design and construction processes.
- Confidence in chairing land meetings and engaging with consultants.
- Strong commercial acumen and awareness.
- Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, planning, and workload management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Confidence in leading presentations and group meetings.
- Vision, commitment, and enthusiasm for change.
- An influential character with strong listening and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and perseverance during challenging negotiations.
- Degree in a relevant discipline, e.g., Real Estate, Town Planning, Urban Planning, etc.
