
Site Manager and Site Supervisor

Verve Partners are proud to be working with a reputable & successful Commercial Construction team, with operations across NSW, Western NSW. Due to a healthy project pipeline, we are now looking for a Site Manager and Site Supervisor to join their team based in Tamworth.
They offer a supportive and positive team culture, with internal Learning & Development team to foster your career growth.
Responsibilities- Coordinating all on site activities and scheduling subcontractors and suppliers to meet the Construction Program, giving consideration to lead times;
- Confirming scheduled subcontractors are on site and adequate site resources are available;
- Ensuring all sites represent our client\'s professional image and sites are established in accordance with project establishment checklist;
- Ensuring works are completed precisely in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedules and relevant industry standards and codes;
- Issuing non-conformance notice to sub-contractors in breach of HSEQ policies and procedures;
- Liaising with Contract Administrator to assist in development of comprehensive and detailed scope of works;
- Managing site safety inductions for all staff and subcontractors;
- Reviewing the construction program against site progress, reporting any delays to the Project Manager, and determining solutions to offset lost time.
- Have a Diploma or Bachelor of Construction Management or trade qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager on Commercial projects valued from $10M to $30M.
