Land Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Management Specialist to play a key role in our Development strategy for the Midlands Division.

The successful candidate will lead on identifying, researching, and appraising new sites for acquisition, utilizing their commercial acumen to assess project feasibility through liaison with internal teams on benchmarking, costing, and terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating prices and terms directly with vendors and agents, while maintaining open communication with teams to ensure high-quality work within set deadlines.
  • Building relationships and interacting effectively with stakeholders to drive project success.

Requirements:

  1. A significant amount of experience in New Homes Development, with a solid understanding of land purchase processes and relevant legislations.
  2. Knowledge of design and construction processes, as well as commercial acumen and awareness.
  3. Strong organisational, planning, and workload management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  4. A degree in a relevant discipline, such as Real Estate, Town Planning, or Urban Planning.
