Job Description

As a Client Service Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing insightful solutions to their financial needs through phone and live chat communication.

You will work collaboratively with the dynamic Client Service team to identify and escalate issues, ensuring seamless support for our customers. Your ability to navigate complex client concerns and provide effective advice on our products and services will be crucial in driving business outcomes.
