The Role of an Onboarding Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Onboarding Business Analyst to shape seamless, compliant, and optimized client onboarding journeys.

This individual will play a key role in ensuring the end-to-end client onboarding experience is efficient, effective, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including product managers, UX designers, engineers, compliance, and operations teams.
  • Work closely with product managers to define clear, detailed requirements for onboarding features and flows.
  • Capture regulatory requirements from multiple jurisdictions and embed them into onboarding processes.
