We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to play a key role in our client journey. As an AI Enablement Specialist, you will help new clients get up and running with AI, guide them through early wins, and support hands-on training sessions that show teams how to use AI in their real day-to-day work.

This is a high-touch, fast-paced role that blends delivery, support, and enablement. You will work closely with our team to ensure a exceptional client experience.

You don't need to code, but you do need to love people, be an exceptional communicator, and get excited about helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through onboarding and early activation
  • Maintain momentum across diaries, updates, calls, and communications
  • Co-facilitate live AI training sessions
  • Support clients in embedding AI tools into their actual workflows
  • Flag opportunities, issues, or emerging needs to our consultants and delivery leads
  • Stay curious and continuously learn across LLMs, no-code, and practical AI tools
What We're Looking For:
  • 2-5 years of experience in roles like consulting, customer success, education, or project delivery
  • Strong communication skills with experience running workshops or projects end-to-end
  • Passion for the potential of AI, even if you're not an expert (yet)
  • Great interpersonal skills – ask smart questions, listen well, and love seeing others win
  • Ability to navigate complexity, spot patterns, and simplify where needed
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments and takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do
