Your Key Role:
  • Create an inspiring shopping experience for clients by providing exceptional customer service and showcasing our products.
  • Become a relationship builder who grows client engagement with our company and products in-store and online.
  • Effectively engage and connect with customers to exceed their expectations and inspire them to discover new products and services.
  • Generate excitement about new products, promotions, and programs.
  • Identify and educate clients about products they may not be aware of.
  • Be a Silk Road brand ambassador and consistently deliver high-quality customer service and sales experiences.

Job Requirements:
  • This role requires frequent standing, use of hands and arms, and lifting up to 30lbs.
  • Must be able to bend and twist from the waist regularly.
  • Regularly handles hot beverages.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, including weekends and weekdays, is required.
Required Skills:
  • Previous sales experience is highly valued.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, natural people skills, and customer service skills are essential.
