Regional Growth Specialist Role

Indie Campers is seeking a highly skilled Regional Growth Specialist to drive regional growth by optimizing the number of nights offered, reducing the cost per night sold, and managing the cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue.

As a Regional Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, implementing growth strategies, and working closely with various teams to achieve regional growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase the number of nights offered in the region.
  • Monitor and reduce the cost per night sold while maintaining high service quality.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to nights offered, cost per night sold, and COS as a percentage of revenue.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the regional team and the HQ office to align growth initiatives with regional goals.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive regional growth.
  • Assist in managing regional budgets and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a growth/marketing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in growth and performance tracking software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
