With over one million nights rented through our platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We provide a diverse range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.

The Role

As a Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving regional growth by optimizing the number of nights offered, reducing the cost per night sold, and managing the cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, implementing growth strategies, and working closely with various teams to achieve regional growth targets.

You will join our APAC regional team, reporting directly to the Revenue Manager. Your contributions will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing profitability in your region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase the number of nights offered in the region.
  • Monitor and reduce the cost per night sold while maintaining high service quality.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to nights offered, cost per night sold, and COS as a percentage of revenue.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the regional team and the HQ office to align growth initiatives with regional goals.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive regional growth.
  • Assist in managing regional budgets and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a growth/marketing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in growth and performance tracking software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable with ever-changing situations. Fluency in English is mandatory.
