Senior Business Banking Manager Job Description

This is a senior level business banking manager position that involves working with a dynamic team of property specialists to reap the benefits of team rewards.

The ideal candidate will be customer obsessed and prioritise the needs and satisfaction of the customer above all else.

  • Job Responsibilities:
    1. Assess property development and investment transactions
    2. Prepare and submit property lending proposals
    3. Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
    4. Utilise a structured sales approach to build and leverage relationships with specialists to deepen customer advocacy
    5. Develop and improve professional excellence through the management of individual and team performance
Requirements:
  • Key Qualifications:
    1. Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment
    2. Expertise in Commercial Real Estate (preference for a business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification)
    3. Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally
    4. A strong passion for customer service and driving customer advocacy
