Business Banking Manager, Professional Services

We are seeking an accomplished Business Banking Manager to lead our Professional Services team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key professional services customers and referral partners.

Your primary focus will be on identifying new business and referral opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with internal and external contacts to achieve income targets. You will maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio while implementing local competitive and aggressive sales campaigns and initiatives.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Previous experience in business, commercial or private banking, ideally with exposure to professional services customers
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage a diverse portfolio
  • Sound credit analysis and lending skills
  • Strong understanding of business financials, cash flow cycle and customer risk profiles
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
