As a Business Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored financial solutions.

You will engage with customers to support their business and personal goals, drive business development in your local community, and strengthen client relationships through premium service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in meaningful customer conversations to uncover goals and deliver timely, relevant financial solutions.
  • Proactively engage customers to support their business and personal goals.
  • Represent us as a brand ambassador in the local business community, hosting educational events to promote financial wellbeing.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings to raise awareness of Small Business Banking services and foster referral partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.
  • Strong financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent customer engagement abilities, both in-person and remotely.
  • A track record of managing customer pipelines and delivering proactive service.
  • A genuine passion for supporting Small Business customers—or firsthand experience running one.
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2, or a willingness to obtain these within 6 months.
