Business Banking Specialist

As a skilled banking professional, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and developing long-term relationships with small business customers. You will manage end-to-end residential and commercial banking services, leveraging your passion, expertise, and customer-centric values to make a real impact.
About the Position:- Develop personal connections with small business customers and referral partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Build strong partnerships with colleagues and external networks to drive business growth.
- Analyze credit risks and approve lending requests within delegated authority limits.
- Manage customer relationships and pipeline development for sustainable business growth.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations through resolution.
- Evaluate economic value and risk potential of new business opportunities.
- You have experience in distributed business models, specializing in solutions and relationship management for customers from $0-$5M in home lending and $0-$2M in small business lending.
- You hold a tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline.
