We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Parts Coordinator to join our team at one of our dealerships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career or re-enter the workforce.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by managing parts inventory, preparing parts needed for the next day's repair orders, and working closely with the Service Manager to plan daily parts requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting daily parts operations
  • Preparing all parts needed in advance for the next day's repair orders
  • Managing parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and dispatching
  • Working closely with the Service Manager to plan daily parts requirements
  • Deliering excellent internal customer service to service and sales teams
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workspace

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a mature, friendly attitude and good common sense
  • Enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in their work
  • Is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed
  • Has an interest in automotive or mechanical work (preferred but not essential)

No previous parts or automotive experience required – full training will be provided.
