About the Role:

As part of our ongoing efforts to drive business growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the inventory department, ensuring efficient operations, and driving sales.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in an automotive OEM parts department or similar role, with proficiency in ERP and DMS platforms. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and purchasing decisions to ensure optimal balance between stock levels and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly parts sales strategies, tracking execution and analyzing outcomes for sales target achievement.
  • Support daily tasks, such as tracking sales targets, project deliverables, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, returns, and quality data, generating actionable improvement recommendations and driving implementation.
  • Lead communication with suppliers and dealer partners on specific projects, such as new product introduction, quality improvement, and process optimization.
  • Assist internal and external customers with parts inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
