Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist

As an integral part of the team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the accuracy and optimisation of product inventory data across the business.

This role ensures that inventory strategies are executed consistently and accurately across internal systems. Additionally, the management and creation of ERP Master Data for inventory related fields is a critical aspect of this position.

The successful candidate will demonstrate daily initiative within the role, be competent in allocated tasks, and act as a key point of contact between customers, sales, and customer service to ensure inventory alignment and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and managing all customer and product inventory levels across systems (ERP, customer portals)
  • Ensuring buyer forecasting templates are accurately collated, distributed, and updated at every requirement
  • Collaborating directly with customers on inventory enquiries to ensuring a good customer experience
  • Supporting forecast reviews and inventory requests in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years in inventory or operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools
  • Experience using Power Query
  • High attention to detail and strong data integrity mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities

Preferred qualifications include experience in FMCG, fresh food, or supply chain businesses, familiarity with inventory models (tiered, customer-specific), and experience with Power Automate and Power Bi.
