Job Overview

Our organisation is seeking a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for inventory management, logistics, and quality control.

As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing trailer and purchase order (PO) operations, handling late deliveries, and ensuring vehicle turnaround times align with plans.

Additionally, you will monitor pick and dispatch operations to meet daily targets, ensure customer dispatch orders are fulfilled on time, and identify and resolve issues affecting dispatch efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inventory levels across all temperature-controlled chambers
  • Coordinating with the Inventory Team Manager to ensure smooth product flow and uphold high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Performing general administrative duties related to inbound operations

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other teams to improve processes and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, logistics, or related fields, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
