Job Title: Parts Interpreter


Our team is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our parts interpretation team. As a key member of our Cowra Branch, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Job Description:
As a Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for receiving, delivering, and managing inventory. This includes the receipting of shipments, assisting with the delivery of parts to designated inventory locations, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels. Additionally, you will provide expert advice to customers regarding parts selection and availability, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will also work closely with our service technicians to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
  • Support our service technicians with parts
  • Promotion and sales of products and services
  • Handling of parts sales and enquiries
  • Placement of stock orders
  • Providing parts advice
  • Receipting of in-shipments and assistance with delivery to proper inventory locations
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of merchandise displays
  • Facilitation of inter-branch transfers of stock
  • Follow up on back orders and stock shortages
  • Administration and ad-hoc duties as required


Required Skills and Qualifications:
You must possess a high level of initiative, organization, and time management skills to succeed in this role. Basic knowledge of data entry is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A Forklift license would be an advantage but not essential, as we can assist with obtaining one if needed.
