As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and mentoring our inbound sales agents to achieve exceptional results. You will drive overperformance through a variety of training methods, contribute to leadership projects, and maintain a positive team atmosphere.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Coach and mentor sales agents to achieve individual and team goals
  • Contribute to leadership projects and initiatives to drive business growth

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience leading a sales-focused team in a similar environment
  • Strong track record of achieving results in a KPI-driven setting
  • Coaching qualifications (ideal but not essential)
