Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Performance Management: Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure we are meeting our sales goals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts and ensure a seamless sales process.
- Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Client Relationships: Nurture existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
- Sales Process: Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up for each customer.
- Product Knowledge: Research and understand our product line and be familiar with each product's function and purpose to confidently up-sell our customers to compatible products.
- Brand Representation: Showcase the company's strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organisation unique.
- Reporting and Analysis: Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal as well as team goals for the upcoming week and maintain and expand the Sales Force CRM database of prospects.
- Sales Quotas: Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Experience: Proven experience of 5+ years in sales leadership roles.
- Team Building: Experience in building and leading an inside sales team.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead and motivate a team of inside sales representatives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with marketing and product teams.
- Salesforce Experience: Experience in Salesforce tools and reporting.
