About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales management professional to join our team as a Team Manager in our boutique. As a member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Development: Build and nurture relationships with internal and external clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Sales Performance: Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed individual sales targets, with a focus on client development and customer service.
- Event Management: Support the Store Director in organizing and hosting events for clients, including product launches and exclusive experiences.
- Product Knowledge: Develop expertise on our products and sales training modules to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Team Management: Supervise, develop, and train designated staff and supervisors to ensure a high-performing team.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment and delivery of onboarding for new starters to ensure a smooth transition into the team.
- Store Operations: Assume key-holder responsibilities, including opening and closing the store, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience in retail or a related field.
- Sales Experience: Sound sales experience in retail or relevant customer-related experience, with a proven track record of sales generation and target achievement.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism with clients and staff members.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapt to various roles based on business needs.
- Availability: Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
