About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales management professional to join our team as a Team Manager in our boutique. As a member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Development: Build and nurture relationships with internal and external clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.

  • Store Operations: Assume key-holder responsibilities, including opening and closing the store, to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience in retail or a related field.
  • Sales Experience: Sound sales experience in retail or relevant customer-related experience, with a proven track record of sales generation and target achievement.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism with clients and staff members.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapt to various roles based on business needs.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
