About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and self-sufficient Account Manager to join Frontline Retail Regional QLD & NT. The ideal candidate will possess a collaborative and friendly account management style, be highly organized with open communication to liaise with the retail team, and have the ability to maintain existing key accounts while thinking outside the box to bring on new business and clients.

In this role, you will work alongside the Store & Operations Manager to maximize sales through generated leads, cold calling, and overcome any objections to close the sale.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales and meet KPI requirements
  2. Maintain existing key accounts and identify new business opportunities
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth
  4. Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Account Management or Business Development experience is a must
  • Full driver's license
  • Strong business acumen and self-drive
  • Experience within the sales or furniture industry
