Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our team in Townsville. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record of driving sales growth. This role involves working closely with our Store & Operations Manager to maximize sales through generated leads, cold calling, and overcoming objections to close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and maintain existing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities
  • To work alongside the Store & Operations Manager to drive sales growth and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • To utilize strong customer service skills and account management expertise to build and retain client relationships
  • To participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, preferably within the Education sector
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet KPI requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A full driver's license
  • Strong business acumen and self-motivation
