  • Support workforce planning, performance, engagement, and change management as a trusted advisor to leaders.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and drive retention strategies and support talent development initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance HR systems, records, and policies in line with best practice and legal requirements.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
