This role supports a workforce of over 200 employees and provides both strategic and operational HR support across the business.Duties include but not limited to;Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, performance, engagement, and change management.Lead and manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including senior appointments.Drive retention strategies and support talent development initiatives.Maintain and enhance HR systems, records, and policies in line with best practice and legal requirements.Provide guidance on performance management and support managers with reviews and coaching.Act as the main point of contact for legal counsel on employment matters.
Support investigations, risk assessments, and compliance in relation to Fair Work, WHS, and other employment legislation.Lead and mentor the HR Team, building strong working relationships across the business with external stakeholders.Other duties as requested by the Business Support Manager.THE PERSONTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.Minimum 7 years' HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior advisory capacity.Strong knowledge of Fair Work Act, NES, and Industry Awards.Proven experience partnering with leadership teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.Able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.TO APPLYTo APPLY please submit your Resume and Cover Letter via Seek.At Quattro, we are strengthened by diversity.
