- The Business Development Manager will drive our growth strategy to support more people in living happier, healthier, and more independent lives.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading a national growth and sales culture that sets the benchmark for excellence
- Developing and managing processes for relationship management and business opportunities that yield positive outcomes
- Fostering strong relationships with funding bodies and key stakeholders to ensure collaborative success
- Identifying, assessing, and onboarding clients while ensuring a seamless experience
- Owning conversation targets and plans across all stages of the customer journey to drive engagement and conversion
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience in Business Development within the community disability sector
- A comprehensive understanding of the NDIS, Disability, and Aged Care sectors
- The ability to build strong relationships with customers, case managers, and key stakeholders
- The capacity to work independently and autonomously, with excellent time management skills to meet stakeholder expectations
