  • The Business Development Manager will drive our growth strategy to support more people in living happier, healthier, and more independent lives.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Leading a national growth and sales culture that sets the benchmark for excellence
  2. Developing and managing processes for relationship management and business opportunities that yield positive outcomes
  3. Fostering strong relationships with funding bodies and key stakeholders to ensure collaborative success
  4. Identifying, assessing, and onboarding clients while ensuring a seamless experience
  5. Owning conversation targets and plans across all stages of the customer journey to drive engagement and conversion
Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in Business Development within the community disability sector
  • A comprehensive understanding of the NDIS, Disability, and Aged Care sectors
  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers, case managers, and key stakeholders
  • The capacity to work independently and autonomously, with excellent time management skills to meet stakeholder expectations
